If you've had to spend anytime around me in the past three months it's almost certain that I started talking to you about training. In particular you probably heard the term "biofeedback" come up several times, with me going off about how awesome it was and how it was changing everything I was doing and how I was training my clients. If I've actually worked with you in the last three months, then you know that its one hell of a way to train and worth using, (even though what I've taught is one phenomenally small piece of it).
